If you or other non-technical staff are helping to provide technical support in your building or district, our Technology Support Essential Skills - or TSES -  is a resource to have in your back pocket. TSES provides an introductory knowledge base of essential technical skills for a variety of common tech support topics.  Each topic provides learning material, terms to know, additional resources and a job-embedded task to see it in your own building or district.  We know it takes a team to provide technical support, here's a resource to help support the team!
